Hi Dan! Great stories about your adventures! I always enjoy seeing what you are up to. A buddy and I are headed towards octopus creek in sept and I was wondering if there were any tips or hints given to you about finding the pools? There are a few logging rods in the area, and we basically have no info on whats the best choice? GPS co-erds perhaps?Or even a north/south bank hint? Any info at all would be much apreciated! Hi Chris,
I never tried again to find Octopus Creek, so I’ve never actually found it. I don’t have any better directions or GPS co ordinates for it.
The new edition of Hot Springs of Western Canada has just come out, and the directions in there are the best that exist, I think.
